All clients are given an evaluation and an interview before any investigation is scheduled.

Interviews may possibly include interviewing your neighbor or tenants if any. This process helps
further validate the claims of activity that is going on at your establishment.

An interview helps our team determine what kind of Paranormal Activity we are dealing with,
how much, and what kind of equipment is needed for the case.

Team leaders will organize the group and inform the team of the situation.

NOTE: We do not charge our clients for an investigation. Keep in mind that our investigators
come from all over on Long Island. Gas prices are soaring, and traveling expenses are costly.

Please be courteous to our investigators if your location is a great distance.

We do accept donations towards our research and time.

We require that an investigation takes place after business hours & at night.
( Paranormal Activity heightens at nightfall. Usually between 8:00pm and 4:00am. )
This may not always apply, depending on the activity and type of establishment.

Our team asks that we be given at least 4 to 8 hours of working time.
( Paranormal Activity does not happen on demand. It happens in cycles. )

Light's, and any noisy machines must be shut off.
( We work with infrared technology that helps us see at night. Our equipment is also very sensitive. )

Our team asks that your establishment must not contain any extra staff or family members that
may interfere with our operation. The less human interference or contamination of evidence gives
our clients a more thorough investigation.

If a staff, employee or family member must be present, we ask that they be silent at all times.

Only investigators are allowed to investigate.

We will need a room or place to store our belongings & equipment.

A source of power would be greatly appreciated. This is for proper use of our equipment.

A tour of the establishment is greatly appreciated.

Why are we disproving your claims? Here is why!

LIGHT Paranormal Research is scientific with our investigations. It is extremely important to rule out any logical, 
natural or scientific explanation. Paranormal Phenomena is something that "cannot" be explained.

If there is activity we cannot disprove, then there is more of a chance that it is Paranormal!

Our objective is to try and re-create the claims of activity. If we cannot re-create a Paranormal Event, it is left with no
explanation and therefore becomes Paranormal.

However, our team likes using the term "alternative possibilities".

Keep in mind that just because we may not be able to re-create a Paranormal Event, doesn't mean its Paranormal.
There could be just an "alternative possibility" with a logical explanation.

Our team prefers the establishment we are investigating to be completely empty.  Why do we need it to be empty?
If our team has a personal experience such as the sound of unknown voices, the sounds of footsteps we want to make
sure no one else is in the establishment to confirm and validate those experiences.

We want to ensure a proper and thorough investigation for all of our clients. 
We are not here to fool ourselves or to fool you. We want to steer away from human interference, contamination of evidence or
giving our clients false information.

Our team's equipment is very sensitve.

( In Theory ) An entity or spirit needs a source of energy to help itself manifest or appear. They will manipulate or create a change
in our atmosphere. The energy sources entities or spirits use are anything that is electronic. They will also use the earth's electromagnetic
field. Other atmosperic changes include the change in temperature.

LIGHT's investigators will normally pair up in two or groups of three investigators to document such changes using tools and advanced
technology that helps us research and record those atmospheric fluctuations.

We will also be using any "disproving" or "debunking" methods during our investigation as explained above.

We'll also be setting up high tech video cameras that have infrared technology that allows us to see at night called ( night vision ).

Our cameras are made to help record the possibilities of capturing claims of apparitions, shadow people or other anomalous ghostly phenomena.

We do not under any circumstances discuss evidence if any is captured during our operations of an investigation.

We will not be 100% sure what anything is until a thorough review is processed.

Review of evidence takes as long about a week or sometimes up to two weeks depending on how many hours we worked.

We will contact you when finished with our review.

At the end of an investigation, a reveal process is given to our client.

We will present any evidence we feel is evidence and discuss what kind of activity is going on at your establishment.

If you wish to go public, we can publicize your establishment on our radio show or website upon request. That is discussed during our reveal.
